For the first time this week, we're going to trial doing some personal coaching in groups of about 3. The idea, we'll watch you climb for a little bit then give you some exercise and tips to work on to try and get to whatever goal you have. This could be a specific route you want to finish, maybe you can't climb slabs or you just want to know what you need to work on to hit that next grade.
A signup for this will go live at 9 am Friday morning. When you sign up, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what it is you'd like to work on over the session on Monday. This'll help us plan what we're going to do in the evening. There's only 3 spaces as this is just a trial, if it works we'll do a few more in the coming weeks. Obviously if you don't get a space, you're still welcome to come along to the open session anyway!
(Remember that to use the bouldering wall during club sessions you must be a S&W member!)
